Some of the managed, financed and supported projects:

Placing meeting for physical/virtual Technical/commercial discussions, negotiations to sign the contract for supplying:

• A complete hot rolling mill capable to roll the billet with the concept of “Hot Rolling”, “Thermo-Mechanical Rolling” and “warm rolling” schemes for production of wire rod, round bar and bar-in-coil in different qualities including:
  • High performance steels (HPS)
  • SBQ steels (CHQ wire grades, Bearing steels, Chain steels and some grades of Tool steels).
  • Stainless steels
  • MBQ Steels (Merchant Bar Quality Steels)
  • The mill capacity is 750 000 tons/year, with wire rod and Bar-in-Coil Diameter range:5.5-60mm (Wire rod), and Straight Bar Diameter range of 8-200mm.
• A complete CHQ wire production line including:
  • bell type annealing furnaces with 68 tons net capacity for each (4 work-bases, 2 heating bell,2 cooling bell), Hydrogen atmosphere with electrolysis system and nitrogen atmosphere with MSA technology for a total capacity of 35000 tons.
  • Single draft cold drawing machines for cold drawing range of 4.0-50.0mm
  • The CHQ Wire steel grades: Boron/Cr/Cr+Mo grades for production of bolt, nut and screw, Bearing steel, Chain steel and some grades of tool steels.
• supplying of cold drawing machines, cold rolling machines, stranding mills, in-line heat treatment mills, coating lines in different sizes and capacities, for production of low/high carbon steel wires used in the Armoured Cables, Staple Wire, Spring Wire, PC Wire and PC Strand industries.
